NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your ORDER, you are welcome to return it within 7 days of receipt of
delivery/purchase. If later than this, we will not be able to do any refunds.
What to do:
Products must be returned in an unused condition in its original packaging. Products must also be
packaged safely for shipment & return (i.e in its box/original packaging/bubble wrapped if received this
We will then check the item when received to make sure it meets the return criteria. We will then
contact you for your banking details. We do not do any cash refunds; all refunds will be done via EFT.
Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to be processed and proof of payment will be sent via email.
Please note that shipping charges paid on the original order are not refundable & you will be liable for
shipping costs on returning the item. Alternatively, you can return the product to our store in Bellville.
Please ensure that we receive notice of the any damages within 48 hours after receipt of the product. If
later than this, we will not be able to do any refunds.
Email 2-3 pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org showing the issue with your purchase, along with
your initial order number.
We will then check the of returned item & once approved, we will send you a replacement product. If
we’re out of stock, we will then issue a refund to the value of the damaged item.
